Our team of highly trained operatives can install up to 1000m² of Cemfloor a day. Around 100m² can be installed without having to create joints if underfloor heating is fitted, and 150m² if not.
We batch-produce Cemfloor liquid screed on site using our fully automated vehicles fitted with a digital meter that tells us how much Cemfloor has been produced and used on each project. There is no waste, so our customers only pay for the volume of Cemfloor they use. Once prepared, we pump the liquid screed directly to the location where it is needed.

Floor finishes can also be applied while moisture levels are as high as 2.5%CM, whereas anhydrite screeds need to be below 0.5%CM. This also helps projects to progress quickly.
