Traditionally, screed laying involved a truck mixer bringing the screed onto site and a separate contractor pumping, levelling and finishing the job. Now, our state-of-the-art mobile screed plants allow everything to be done by a single team, meaning fewer vehicles on the road and less room for timing errors.
Our poured insulation system removes the need for PIR boards, as well as the labour and waste involved in cutting and levelling them. As with our screeds, we only batch-produce precisely the right quantity for your job, meaning zero waste. It can be applied directly to hardcore, concrete and beam and block solutions. Because it’s poured, it gives full coverage and reduces thermal bridging, so it’ll improve efficiency both during the build and throughout the building’s life.

What are liquid screeds?
Liquid screeds have become incredibly popular with architects and developers. They offer a wide range of benefits over standard sand and cement screeds. They can be installed in a fraction of the time and their higher flexural strength means they can be specified to a thinner depth, reducing drying times, the risk of cracking and the overall volume of material required.
They create exceptionally smooth and even surfaces that can be used with a wide variety of floor coverings and finishes. Because they are self-levelling, they dispense with the need for people to labour on their hands and knees with levelling boards. And they penetrate areas much more efficiently than sand and cement making them particularly suitable for underfloor heating systems. You can also walk on them in as little as 48 hours - allowing projects to progress more rapidly.
